Niki Jones opened her Allstate agency from scratch in 2007, right before the 2008 recession, after gaining hands-on experience working under another agent while studying at the University of Florida. Her journey in the industry was shaped by personal experience—a devastating accident that taught her the importance of financial protection and insurance planning.
Today, she leads her agency with a client-first approach, prioritizing education and clarity for every individual or family she serves.
